Film crew meets penguin. You can also see in this picture the large stain on the sea-ice from where the colony has wandered in its various huddles, with no fixed nest and constant changing of position from the outside to the inside of the colony, emperor penguin huddles can move several hundred meters during storms.

In recent years the stains on the sea ice have been used to find new colonies of penguins that were not known previously by taking high resolution photographs by satellite.
