Now I know I keep coming back to
this, but you see those jagged peaks to the left middle,
anywhere else in the world they would not only have names given
to them but there would be myths and legends about them, heroic
deeds performed, trolls defeated, something or other turned to
stone etc. etc.
Here in the High Arctic though
because there is an almost endless supply of mountainous
features and far less people to see and recognize and make
stories up about them, they just go un-named.
