The non-vegetated places of the
world wear their geology on their sleeve. There's a vast
quantity of freeze-thaw eroded rock in those slopes and clear
evidence of sedimentary rock of differing hardness's at the top
of the cliffs. There's even a seasonal river towards the left to
emphasize the physical geography on show.
