I love this picture, it's so ethereal the way the seal is
right there in front of the camera, but also so distant as
well. I like the bubbles streaming from the one
submerged nostril, the fact that he has a view of above the
water and below the water and the abstract nature of the
picture. It's just what I'd do if I was a seal.
I was on a
rocky ledge at this point around 1.5m above the water while
pointing my camera down and following the seal around,
Difficult to get a shot as the water was so dark and the
seal so fast.
