Ammassalik / Tasiilaq - Valley of the Flowers Lake 8 - East Greenland

I'm not sure if Inuit make things up to tell their children (I'm sure they do - everyone else does) but I think I'd say that this was the floating hair of the Lake Maiden that she combs very carefully and tries to dry in the sun but doesn't realise it won't dry as she lives in the lake.
