Just before you get to the village there is this "graveyard"
I use the inverted commas as there seems to be no particular
boundary to it, rather the graves are along the road between
the road and the sea. Greenland Inuit graves are not marked
other than with a cross i.e. there is no name on the grave.
This is because the ancestors are thought to live on through
subsequent generations who will be given their names, hence
the dead have no need of a name whereas those being born do.
