How does one (if at all) move up the ladder in terms of job prospects as a support contractor?
My impression of the general atmosphere (at least under Raytheon; perhaps things have changed) is that people tend to rotate through different jobs with a fair bit of frequency. Is "ice time" a deciding factor in each successive application one hands in? Can someone cross train for a more difficult job while in McMurdo? |
