Default argentina tourist visa

Hello,

I am going on a Antartica cruise in January 2006. I am having a 2 day halt in Argentina. I havent got my argentina visa yet. I am a Indian citizen living in California, USA. Does anyone applied for argnetina visa with their embassay in LosAngeles. I feel they do a very poor service, but can anyone quickly tell me particulars I need to get ready for my visa.

Also, do I need to go in person. There website email id doesnt work and they dont answer or call back any of my phone calls. Please advise, you reply is very much appreciated. If anyone has the email id please send me, I will give it a shot.

Thank you,
Vijay.
