Never saw such accurate satellite camera that shows the true results of global warming.
This proves that global warming is gonna effect us more than we thought! All here: www.globalwarmingcam.com/index2.html |

Recent research by Henrik Svensmark and his group at the Danish National
Space Center points to the real cause of the recent warming trend. In a series of experiments on the formation of clouds, these scientists have shown that fluctuations in the Sun's output cause the observed changes in the Earth's temperature. In the past, scientists believed the fluctuations in the Sun's output were too small to cause the observed amount of temperature change, hence the need to look for other causes like carbon dioxide. However, these new experiments show that fluctuations in the Sun's output are in fact large enough, so there is no longer a need to resort to carbon dioxide as the cause of the recent warming trend. The discovery of the real cause of the recent increase in the Earth's temperature is indeed a convenient truth. It means humans are not to blame for the increase. It also means there is absolutely nothing we can, much less do, to correct the situation. Thomas Laprade 480 Rupert St. Thunder Bay, Ont. Well it's only an idea and it seems not a very good one at that:
From: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Henrik_Svensmark Quote:
Your second link is a little odd as it actually refutes the idea, if you follow the link and go to the appropraite section, you get to these two pages: http://environment.newscientist.com/...change/dn11651 Quote:
..and the third link is just garbage: Quote:
As for CFC's, the ozone hole was always predicted to grow for some considerable time before it started to receed. Like throwing logs on the fire, the fire blazes for quite a while after the last log has been added and it takes time for it to die down again. The last comment is unsubstantiated and if this guys understanding of science is anything like his first two blunders, not worth following any further. In the same way that the web seems to make everyone a doctor, it also convinces some that they are scientists. You can find stuff on the web to back up any theory, from aliens kidnapping Elvis to a conspiracy a day for the rest of your life. Snowbird: Quote:
Nothing proven, looks like another case of making your mind up and then looking for "proof" to back you up. This is why science is best left to scientists rather than asking somebody on an internet forum what they reckon is happening. |
