The theme is Antarctica, though there are some forums that address issues not entirely Antarctic, but connected.

"BE GOOD" - you know what that means!

Due to misappropriate usage and forum abuse, the following rules appy:

There are many visitors under the age of 18 who stop by, so no bad language or inappropriate content will be tolerated.

New members will be deleted if the welcome email is not responded to within 7 days to complete registration.

Members will be deleted if they do not post within 100 days of registration.

Links to other websites are not allowed in signatures unless by negotiation (usually requires active membership, several 10's of posts and a link to a website that I deem appropriate). Such links if added will be removed, if it is added again after removal without discussion, then the member will be banned.

I will remove members if they are rude and/or abusive, if they post unsubstantiated "facts" which turn out to be false, if they otherwise fail to engage in debate - instead seeking an exchange of rhetoric and insults or seek to mislead.

The webmaster's decision is final.
