Default Ugg soles

I'm looking for boots with a flat sole. Tread is fine, but the heels need to be the same thickness as the toes. Even a few millimeters difference bothers me. It looks like the Uggs have flat outsoles, but can somebody feel the inside of a fairly new pair and tell me if the insoles are flat? Thanks.
