Default Proposed Belgian station - inland Antarctica anchored to bedrock

It's a long and comprehensive document, but quite fascinating and shows the detail and thoughts that go into planning a new Antarctic base.

This is a Comprehensive Environmental Evaluation - CEE at the moment. Building isn't planned until Austral summer 2007-08, it'll be a summer only station open for 3 months a year.

Update Nov 2008
