Service interruptions - apologies
The winter months have always been the busiest months for this website, this year more so than ever.
This forum in particular is causing problems due to the pages being dynamically delivered (the pages are "built" on demand from a database).
From time to time therefore I keep turning the board off during times of high demand in order that the whole site isn't overloaded and crashes. There is a solution but it involves the next step up in hosting which is about 3 times the current cost and a lot of time while I get my head around how to do it - which I don't want to do while the site is at it's busiest in case I break it in the process.
So for a while, I will have to turn the board off every now and then until I work out a longer term solution.
