Snowmobile (or "ski-doo" - a brand name) parked in the electrical Jamesway. Note the metal plating on the floor (this type of plating is called diamond plate, because of the diamond shapes). There are two tracks where the skis/skids have damaged the wooden floor, to protect the floor. However, the middle section is not left bare by accident. The track of the snowmobile does not work well on metal surfaces - it does not get enough traction - so the middle section was deliberately left as wood so that the snowmobile could be driven in.
