Inside the Ice Tunnel. This tunnel has one end that comes out between the new power plant and the beer can, and another end that goes past Rodwell 3 (meltwater facility) - at least a quarter mile of tunnel. Inside the tunnel are water and sewer lines. There are a number of branches, and several emergency exits.
