Most bases have a carpenter and possibly also a boat man who would have a similar workshop to this. Many of the other base members would also use the workshops to make things they don't have (usually more functional than elegant) and in particular before Midwinter to make Midwinter presents.

Antarctica and allowed them to be made into a commemorative cd and then
