Is via smoko goodies. The daily gashman has many duties to attend to such as assisting the cook. Ultimate brownie points with the other base members are obtained by baking a cake, sticky buns, cookies or other such tea-time treats to be had with afternoon smoko.
Here is the proof of this tenet as evidenced by a group of Fids instantly taken out of their winter gloom by the judicious application of a nice sponge cake.
