Note the yellowish color of the traditional street lights and compare it to the bluish color of the few LED street lights being tried for the first time this year. In the distance, on top of two hills on the opposite side of town, are two ball-shaped buildings. The closer one that appears larger is Radarsat, and the further one is a Kiwi installation of some kind.
