PistenBullys were originally built as the machines that make and grade snow pistes. This means that they are powerful rugged vehicles able to traverse sloping and uneven ground and able to function in low temperatures. They can push, pull or carry people in the cabin behind the cab and so are ideal vehicles for Antarctic terrain.
